The Unlabelled C and The Unlabelled D aren't simply two new recipes.

They're the result of an experiment that lasted for months. We sent unlabeled bottles to a community of wonderfully food-curious people, asking them to do just one thing: taste, criticise and vote.

Out of every recipe we created, two remained.

These two.

We'll bottle them only once.with a single production run—and they'll arrive at your doorstep this autumn.

What's inside?

THE UNLABELLED C If summer had a flavour—and simply opening a bottle could bring it back in every other season—this would probably be the one. 

THE UNLABELLED D If you had to choose one bitter, herbaceous note to start a conversation after dinner—when the best conversations usually begin—wouldn't you think of rhubarb and gentian? 

Ingredients

INGREDIENTS THE UNLABELLED - C:
Fermented Jerusalem artichoke base (water, Jerusalem artichoke juice from concentrate (35%)), botanical extract (myrtle, eucalyptus, coriander, bergamot, chilli pepper), red beetroot juice from concentrate.

INGREDIENTS THE UNLABELLED - D:
Fermented white beetroot base (water, white beetroot juice from concentrate (35%)), botanical extract (rhubarb, galangal, grapefruit, gentian, chilli pepper).

It all started with a bottle that had no label.

We sent it to a group of people curious enough to trust us.
They tasted it, criticised it, suggested changes, swapped ingredients and finally voted.
Today, those bottles finally have a name: The Unlabelled C and The Unlabelled D.
We'll produce them only once. Some ideas deserve to remain impossible to repeat.
