We’re thrilled to present the mountain in a glass, a blend of complexity, sweetness, and freshness. We decided to pair it with our very first recipe, and as it happens, they share a historic ingredient: white beetroot!

Because the mountain air comes from our best-seller, but above all from our first collaboration with a three-Michelin-starred chef: Recipe No. 6. Ingredients sourced from a landscape as rugged as our Alps, honey and linden blossoms, mountain pine and apple cider vinegar, come together in their simplicity to create something truly elevated, reflecting the altitude they come from.
When to enjoy them?
A star-chef recipe that pairs with any sky, or better, any table: plant-based dishes, fish, fresh cheeses. Its complexity blends with fresh notes and just the right acidity, embracing every dish with the gentle roughness of the mountains.
We tasted numbers 1, 2, 5, and 6 during a family reunion where wine was the main drink available. Surprisingly, everyone was way more interested in the non-alcoholic tasting by Feral. Everyone was super enthusiastic, and it surprised me how much opinions differed on which one was the best. In any case, Feral offers a fantastic non-alcoholic alternative!"

Ottime bottiglie, profumo spettacolare, si percepiscono tutte le botaniche, non vedo l‘ora di provare le altre.
Ogni sorso diventa un passaggio attraverso i vari ingredienti, una bella struttura.
Si percepisce che ci sta uno studio, un lavoro una tecnica niente di casuale, la bottiglia n•1 secondo me risulta una bevuta fresca e di facile abbinamento.
Mi piace in tutto, anche l‘estetica é molto cool!
