ist frisch und floral mit mineralischen, Zitrusnoten vom Szechuanpfeffer und einem abschließenden Hauch Hopfen. Es vermittelt uns das Gefühl, im frühen Frühling durch eine blühende Wiese zu gehen, wenn die Sammelsaison beginnt: Die Luft ist noch frisch und überall liegt der Duft weißer Blüten.

Die Kombination aus fermentierter weißer Bio-Rübe und den Gewürzen schafft ein perfektes Gleichgewicht zwischen Süße und Säure und bringt frühlingshafte Aromen von Litschi, Holunderblüte, weißem Pfirsich und Ingwer hervor. Wir genießen es gern gekühlt in einem Sektglas zu unseren Aperitifs. Eine perfekte Alternative zu Kombucha.
