    Returns & Refunds

    • Damaged or Incorrect Product

    In the case of a damaged or incorrect product, we kindly ask you to notify us via email at hello@feral-drinks.com within 14 days from the delivery date, indicating the reason, order number, items to be returned, and photos of the damaged or incorrect product.

    • When will I receive my refund or replacement order?

    Feral will inspect the return request and issue a refund or replacement shipment only if it meets the conditions mentioned above. Returns are accepted only for purchases made directly on feral-drinks.com.

    The timing of replacement shipments follows the summary table mentioned above. If you opt for a refund, and your purchase was made through PayPal, you will be refunded to your PayPal account. If you paid with a Credit Card or Bank Transfer, you will be refunded via bank transfer to your current account as soon as possible. Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on different payment providers. The refund will be free of charge and will always include the amount of the product(s) being returned.
