Mountain Box

A four-handed creation together with the team at the three-Michelin-starred Atelier Moessmer by Norbert Niederkofler.A recipe that fully embraces the Chef’s “Cook The Mountain” philosophy. We’re thrilled to present the mountain in a glass, a blend of complexity, sweetness, and freshness. We decided to pair it with our very first recipe, and as it happens, they share a historic ingredient: white beetroot!

Each box contains 2 bottles of 750ml. NB: To prevent damages, couriers may transport the bottles in shock-proof boxes that may differ slightly from those shown in the pictures.

Why a Mountain Box?

Because the mountain air comes from our best-seller, but above all from our first collaboration with a three-Michelin-starred chef: Recipe No. 6. Ingredients sourced from a landscape as rugged as our Alps, honey and linden blossoms, mountain pine and apple cider vinegar, come together in their simplicity to create something truly elevated, reflecting the altitude they come from.

When to enjoy them?

A star-chef recipe that pairs with any sky, or better, any table: plant-based dishes, fish, fresh cheeses. Its complexity blends with fresh notes and just the right acidity, embracing every dish with the gentle roughness of the mountains.
