Description

Feral WHITE N°1

fresh and floral with mineral with citrus notes coming from the Szechuan pepper and final touch of hop.

Feral WHITE N°2

is full of depth and warmth and has a great bittersweet balance. Oh yes it is very spicy, so get your taste buds prepared! Its bright orange colour comes from the infusion of ginger pieces, pepper and juniper berries with the fermented white beet juice.

Feral RED N°3

is rich and full-bodied, with a strong presence of acidity and tannins. Bright red comes from fermented beetroot and wild blueberry, enhanced by black pepper and thyme.

Feral RED N° 4

is a great combination with any kind of food. It is deep, yet floral with bright acidity and silky soft tannins.

Excellent non alcoholic alternative for apperitiv an meal. Not as sweet as other alternatives and healthy!

Outstanding non alcoholic “wine”

Most non alcoholic drinks are too sweet and de-alcoholized wines miss the depth pr complexity to pair with meals. Ferals brews, or better, macerated “wines” or actually not wines, but could stand out in comparison with wines. Ferals have body, complexity and depth. A real treasure in the non alcoholic world!
