Feral WHITE N°1
fresh and floral with mineral with citrus notes coming from the Szechuan pepper and final touch of hop.
Feral WHITE N°2
is full of depth and warmth and has a great bittersweet balance. Oh yes it is very spicy, so get your taste buds prepared! Its bright orange colour comes from the infusion of ginger pieces, pepper and juniper berries with the fermented white beet juice.
Feral RED N°3
is rich and full-bodied, with a strong presence of acidity and tannins. Bright red comes from fermented beetroot and wild blueberry, enhanced by black pepper and thyme.
Feral RED N° 4
is a great combination with any kind of food. It is deep, yet floral with bright acidity and silky soft tannins.
Ho provato il n. 3 e le impressioni sono che all’olfatto è troppo intenso il profumo e la piccantezza del pepe, al gusto il pepe rimane troppo forte e copre l’odore delle erbe e il sapore di barbabietola. L’acidità della fermentazione scompare. Spero che i bianchi siano diversi.
Abbiamo provato una box da 4, incuriositi dall’idea e dalla comunicazione ben fatta.
Le abbiamo bevute con persone diverse in pasti diversi. Ci dispiace, ma nessuno ne ha apprezzato odori e sapori. Ci viene davvero difficile pensare a degli abbinamenti gastronomici adatti. Magari fuori pasto alcuni sapori possono essere più apprezzati, ma a noi hanno un po’ deluso.
Feral Drinks are a revelation. As a fermented-food lover, I was amazed how their flavor still lit up my taste buds, even during chemo &immuum, when everything else tasted dull. I had to quit alcohol due to NHL treatment, and this became my joyful replacement. Zingy, complex, gut-friendly… they truly sparkle. I’ll definitely order again!

Non sapevo cosa aspettarmi. Di simile come concetto avevo assaggiato solo la kombucha e il kefir, di cui non vado matta. Feral è diventato uno sfizio che ogni tanto mi concedo molto volentieri
