N°1 is our flagship: acidity spot on, a spice kick that wins you over, aromas that go straight to your head. Let’s just say, you don’t find something like this around every corner.

And N°5? Well, even though it’s brand new, it already has plenty to say: a rosé made with wild, “invasive” plants, crafted through ancestral fermentation, right in the bottle, with zero added CO₂. Fine bubbles, and a color that turns your glass into pure spring.

What's inside?

Our beloved Nº1 and our new recipe, Nº5 — the first 0% pet-nat rosé made with ancestral fermentation (no alcohol | naturally sparkling):

- Nº1 White beetroot fermentation with hops and Szechuan pepper
- Nº5 Ancestral fermentation of birch sap and aronia juice, with nettle, verbena, yarrow and horseradish

Nº1 Fermented base of white beetroot* (water, white beetroot juice from concentrate* 15%), botanical extract* (hops*, chili*), sugar*, acidifier: malic acid, natural flavouring of Szechuan pepper. *Organic

Nº5 Bottle-Fermented: birch sap from concentrate 70%, botanical extract (water, verbena, yarrow, nettle, horseradish, vegetable glycerine, acidifier: malic acid) water, aronia juice, yeast.
