Why a Boxmas?

American hops, fresh, tropical, balsamic and floral notes emphasized by a note of chili pepper. We're a little more than a soft drink at Christmas, what could possibly go wrong?

When to taste them?
Feral 1 and Feral 3 could become the new protagonists of Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year's Eve dinners, and every day in between, which we know is an excellent excuse to eat all together (luckily).


Feral 1 perfectly matches with first courses in broth, soups, the second courses of fish and white meat, and the vegetable appetizers (there are both cooked and raw ones).


Feral 3 is a faithful companion for long spicy and tasty cooking, for mature cheeses, for traditional pastas, from lasagna to agnolotti. Even with second courses of legumes and meat they don't do badly at all. It's a match!
