Feral white N° 1

fresh and floral with mineral with citrus notes coming from the Szechuan pepper and final touch of hop.

Feral red N° 4

is a great combination with any kind of food. It is deep, yet floral with bright acidity and silky soft tannins.

I find the red #4 perfect company for meat based dinner. Full bodied and intense taste with spice. Gorgeous! Looks precious in a wine glass. The white #1 makes great company to light dinner or goes nicely on its own. Nonetheless it's dry it gives a sweet perception. Spice plays a wonderful role in the bouquet.
