PART I. CODE OF ETHICS

1. Scope and Purpose

This Code defines the principles and values guiding the behavior of directors, employees, collaborators, consultants, suppliers and partners (the “Recipients”). It is an integral part of contractual obligations with Feral.

2. Vision

To be agents of exploration and biodiversity, breaking conventions.

3. Mission

To produce innovative non-alcoholic botanical beverages through sustainable fermentation and the enhancement of humble ingredients.

4. Fundamental Principles

4.1 Innovation, Creativity and Courage

Innovation means questioning existing models across products, strategy and communication. Recipients are encouraged to propose ideas and embrace experimentation. Mistakes are treated as learning opportunities.

4.2 Listening, Convergence and Learning by Doing

Listening is a method. Diverse perspectives are encouraged and collaboration across teams is essential. Once a decision is made, all contribute to execution.

4.3 Humility and Ambition

We combine local roots with global ambition, valuing continuous learning and excellence.

4.4 Quality Without Shortcuts

Quality includes food safety, service reliability, sustainability and transparency. We maintain traceable supply chains and direct supplier relationships.

PART II. CODE OF CONDUCT

5. Introduction

Feral operates with integrity, respecting laws and ethical principles such as fairness, honesty and respect for individuals.

6. Dissemination

The Code is shared with all employees and available on the company website.

7. Reference to Principles

All Recipients must comply with the principles defined in Part I.

SECTION I. External Relations

Art. 8 – Fair Competition

Feral promotes free and fair competition and prohibits anti-competitive conduct.

Art. 9 – Stakeholder Relations

Relations must follow principles of legality, transparency and fairness.

Art. 10 – Customers

Feral ensures quality, transparency and compliance with food regulations.

Art. 11 – Suppliers

Suppliers must comply with laws and share sustainability values.

Art. 12 – Anti-Corruption

  • No gifts or payments to influence decisions
  • No corruption or illicit influence
  • Only modest, transparent business courtesies allowed

All employees are hired legally and supported in professional development.

Art. 14 – Health and Safety

Safe working conditions are guaranteed.

Art. 15 – Harassment

Any form of harassment or discrimination is prohibited.

Art. 16 – Zero Alcohol Policy

Use of alcohol or drugs during work is strictly prohibited.
