This Code defines the principles and values guiding the behavior of directors, employees, collaborators, consultants, suppliers and partners (the “Recipients”). It is an integral part of contractual obligations with Feral.

All Recipients must comply with the principles defined in Part I.

Feral ensures quality, transparency and compliance with food regulations.
Suppliers must comply with laws and share sustainability values.
All employees are hired legally and supported in professional development.
Safe working conditions are guaranteed.
Any form of harassment or discrimination is prohibited.
Use of alcohol or drugs during work is strictly prohibited.
Company information must not be disclosed or used improperly.
Personal data is processed in compliance with GDPR.
All innovations and know-how belong to the company and must be protected.
Feral pursues profit alongside social and environmental impact.
Feral supports communities, culture and research initiatives.
Sanctions depend on severity and context.
Handled by HR or CEO.
Must be avoided and reported.
