The fermented 'wine' is very special, something different and therfore perfect as an aperitief. As feedback I would suggest not to market the drink as wine, because that creates a different expectation. The fermented drink is so powerfull and lovely, that I would love to drink it every week!

Bravi ragazzi!

Sono molto soddisfatto di supplire all'assenza dell'alcol con i vostri intrugli buoni, freschi e particolari. Devo dire che accompagnano le mie serate difronte alla tv o con un buon libro in maniera estremamente piacevole. In più hanno pochissime calorie. Un consiglio, il packaging è davvero fine ed elegante, da regalo; suggerirei di offrire
un'opzione con un confezionamento più blando.

Un po’ troppo dolce

La base di barbabietola bianca rende il tutto un po’ dolce per berlo in aperitivo. Ma è decisamente particolare. E comunque la bottiglia l’ho finita. Per ora ne ho assaggiata solo una. Sarebbe comodo fare delle casse più piccole di 6 se ne piacesse un tipo solo, essendo che poi l’analcolico lo bevo solo io.
