I love feral drinks. There aren't many good wine substitutes out there and I had given up until I tried Feral. It gives the complexity and satisfaction of wine.
This is truly something else. You shouldn't compare it to wine; it's a true rival, delivering a delicious flavor with a spicy finish. It's perfect as an aperitif and certainly complements a dinner with Asian flavors, fish, and even meat. A delicious alternative.
Perfect as white wine alternative, it would be great if there is a way to make it taste more dry
Your reds are to thick and concentrate for me, the drinkability is low unless diluted with sparkling water, n4 better than n 3
I prefer the reds over the whites but all No‘s have exciting notes for the taste buds and I am happy to have finally found a great, healthy (fermented ingredients) and alcohol free alternative for wine.

Premetto che la barbabietola è l'unico ingrediente di tutte le cucine del mondo che ho sempre cercato di evitare..sorpresa sorpresa mi sono trovata invece a berlo! Il n.3 è buono, mi ricorda qualcosa di caldo e di invernale (anche se a volte lo raffreddo un pochino confesso, per mio gusto personale). I sentori di Quercia sono quelli che me lo fanno apprezzare di più. Questa sera cenerò con una coppia di amici e lui è uno chef giovane che fa molta ricerca e mi ha chiesto di portargli proprio una bottiglia del vostro n.3 perchè è quello che come descrizione l'ha incuriosito di più.Che dire, cin cin!
