Feral BLANCO N° 1

Fresco y floral con minerales. Notas cítricas provenientes de la pimienta de Sichuan y un toque final de lúpulo. Nos hace sentir como si estuviéramos caminando por un prado florido a principios de la primavera, cuando comienza la temporada de búsqueda de alimentos: el aire todavía es fresco y el aroma de flores blancas está en todas partes.

La combinación de remolacha blanca orgánica fermentada y las especias crea un equilibrio perfecto entre dulce y ácido, evocando notas de cata primaverales de lichi, flor de saúco, melocotón blanco y jengibre. Nos gusta disfrutarlo frío, en una copa para acompañar nuestros aperitivos. Una alternativa perfecta a la kombucha.

Absolutly delicious and at the Same time intriguing with the unusual combination. My First experience was in a lovely Restaurant as Part of the Drinks accompanying the Menü and i immediatly asked the wartet for Details and Place an Order the Next day.

A fabulous composition!

What a great companion for varies types of food and also excellent as stand-alone drink. Fresh with unexpected flavors, we love the szechuan pepper ending.

Light, floral, refreshing, special with a spicy little twist in the end. A true treat without alcohol. Love it

Better than a (poor) imitation of a white wine

Not a (poor) imitation of a white wine, but a genuine botanical drink with punchy aftertaste (thx to the Szechuan Pepper). I had it served with mussels, and it paired pretty well

We first had this wine in Sardegna in Fradis Minoris, perfect match to our white fish and really served a punch with that nice szechuan pepper.
Were were immediately impressed and when we got back to Vienna I ordered a box. Shared the “Wine” with some friends and everyone liked it.
It’s amazing how 4 simple ingredients can give the drink such complexity - just like a real wine, gotta love fermentation.
