We first had this wine in Sardegna in Fradis Minoris, perfect match to our white fish and really served a punch with that nice szechuan pepper.
Were were immediately impressed and when we got back to Vienna I ordered a box. Shared the “Wine” with some friends and everyone liked it.
It’s amazing how 4 simple ingredients can give the drink such complexity - just like a real wine, gotta love fermentation.
