After many years of searching for a decent replacement for a good glass of white and red wine, we found Feral. Most de-alcoholised wines are tasteless or either too sweet or too sour. With the Feral drinks the taste is spot on and for the four products the food pairing is great. Moreover one does not get "bored" with the drinks, which is often the case with these products.

We are looking forward to more products from Feral. Keep going!

Appaga la mente e il palato di chi non può piú assumere alcool e sorprende al primo assaggio il curioso diffidente.
Ricorda alla vista e al gusto il variegato mondo dei vini naturali e grazie alla punta di piccantezza non lo fa rimpiangere.

Curioso di conoscere queste nuove bevande ho acquistato il box degustazione con tutte le quattro varianti proposte. Non sono vini né succhi, li chiameremo fermentati analcolici. La bottiglia numero 1 è connotata da barbabietola bianca, pepe e luppolo, il gusto è deciso ma leggero, fresco, agrumato. La bottiglia numero 3 invece è ottenuta dalla barbabietola rossa fermentata con quercia, pepe nero, mirtillo e timo. Questa l’ho trovata più strutturata e sicuramente adatta a pietanze più saporite. Finora ho assaggiato questi due gusti e devo ammettere di essere piacevolmente sorpreso! Al palato i sapori e le spezie si sentono tutti ed il fatto di non contenere alcol li rendono piacevolissimi in qualsiasi momento della giornata. Ho letto che il progetto è frutto di una startup italiana, trentina per l’esattezza. Spero si consolidi e diventi una bella e viva realtà. Intanto complimenti!

I was really positively surprised by the flavour of each bottle. They’re light, yet have great depth. They’re refreshing, and also warming. Superb bottles of yummy natural tasting goodness.

I really liked Feral. It’s a fresh, light drink with a unique, natural flavor. It has a slightly tangy touch that makes it very refreshing, perfect for any time of the day. It feels like a different and healthy option compared to other fermented drinks.

I would definitely recommend it if you’re looking for something special and authentic. It pleasantly surprised me!

Da astemio sono sempre alla ricerca di proposte alcool free che non siano le classiche bevande zuccherate. Quella di Feral è sicuramente un'ottima opzione per la tavola ma soprattutto per l'aperitivo. Ho particolarmente apprezzato il bianco.

Apprezzato molto, le note tipicamente evidenziate nei vari vini qui sono più esaltate e riconoscibili. Avevo timore alla fine risultasse troppo simili ad un semplice succo invece i sapori sono costruiti e stratificati bene e se ne apprezza la complessità. Ottimo supporto anche, ho avuto un problema con la consegna che è stato risolto e gestito senza pecche!

Most non alcoholic drinks are too sweet and de-alcoholized wines miss the depth pr complexity to pair with meals. Ferals brews, or better, macerated “wines” or actually not wines, but could stand out in comparison with wines. Ferals have body, complexity and depth. A real treasure in the non alcoholic world!
