Our very first pét-nat rosé was born from a few “simple” questions: who made the rules about what’s order and what’s disorder? What’s the real difference between a resilient plant and a weed?

SPARKLING ROSÉ BOX tries to answer. It holds our newest creation, Feral N°5: a botanical rosé with a delicate bubble, citrusy notes, hints of peach and apricot, and a wild, herbaceous soul. A fine fizz that pairs with great food, but also with the unexpected: a song, a poem that hits just right, an out-of-contest building that somehow feels perfect. This bottle belongs wherever it doesn’t quite belong. And in the meantime, it keep you cool.

Birch sap from concentrate 70%, botanical extract (water, verbena, yarrow, nettle, horseradish, vegetable glycerine, acidifier: malic acid) water, aronia juice, yeast.

Why OUT OF THE BOX?

The better question might be: why not?

So many of you asked for a single bottle box, and we wanted to dedicate it to our fifth recipe: the one that celebrates margins, outcasts, and underdogs. Yes, even weeds.

Describing Feral No.5 isn’t easy, it’s a mix of philosophy and invasive plants, brought together to create something unexpectedly bold. The balance of citrus and herbs, in our very first rosé with a fine, bottle-fermented fizz, makes this the ultimate summer aperitif (or winter one, we’re not judging).

When to drink it?
Feral No.5 was made for aperitif: crudités (veggie, fish, meat, your call), tempura, or any dish that dares to call itself an “out-of-place appetizer.”
