Feral RED N°3 is rich and full-bodied, with a strong presence of acidity and tannins. Bright red comes from fermented organic beetroot and wild blueberry, enhanced by black pepper and thyme.
Close your eyes and imagine you are walking in a dense, dark forest, with wind bringing to you the smell of underwood, wild thyme and blueberries. A last touch of oak is making up this wonderful botanical drink, our favourite with meaty, umami dishes.

Super tasteful. I learned it in a restaurant in Belgium and I was immediately in love with the no. 3. I will continue to buy and drink. The no. 3 is ideal to drink with cheese and pasta dishes.

As experienced hobby-chefs we always look for drinks that work well with the food we create. We have a decent wine cellar but we found ourselves and our friends more and more looking for non-alcoholic alternatives. We like to experiment ourselves with teas, juices, kombuchas and other, but when we got to know Feral in a local restaurant, we were sold! We have 4 types in now and have enjoyed all of them and so have our visitors! Keep up the good work, looking forward to the sparkling one!
Sapore di barbabietola fermentata che pizzica su lingua e palato, sinceramente un gusto che non ti aspetti, purtroppo nessuno di noi è riuscito a finire il bicchiere.
Non è un'alternativa analcolica di nessuna tipologia di vino rosso. Ha un gusto suo che penso sia per pochi purtroppo.
Ben equilibrata con acidità e tannini sentori di bosco e pepe in finale.
Inaspettato, gusto piacevole e deciso allo stesso tempo.
