First of all, let me say we very much enjoyed your products. I think it is an amazing idea and we were overall very happy.
My husband is a professor of oenology and he is the dean of a winemaking university in Germany. He overall thinks that the products should have a tiny bit of CO2 added - not enough to make it sparkling, but I think he said 0.5 grams or something like this. He also thinks that the products should be filtered. I do not necessarily agree with these points, but I am not a professional, just an enjoyer.
We liked the mouthfeel and how they look and feel in the glass. We like spicy things, so the spiciness was not a problem for us. However, when we shared the beverages, and the drinker did not like spicy, they were immediately turned off and not interested.
#2 was our overall favorite. The flavor was really perfect.
#1 - I very much enjoyed this, but would have loved more hops!
#3 - The taste was great, but the aromas was very tomato-ey. It smelled like V8 juice (American tomato juice with spices) and the aromas just did not match the flavors.
#4 - There was just something missing here. There was no body behind the taste, which the other flavors all had. The flavors just fell a little flat.
