I purchased this wine out of curiosity, intrigued by a product created in collaboration with a three-Michelin-star chef. We tried it one evening at dinner, pairing it with a white-fleshed fish as recommended. Unfortunately, none of us were even able to finish our glass.
Not only does it bear little resemblance to what one would expect from a wine, but its flavor is strikingly similar to apple cider vinegar. For most of us, it was quite unpleasant and overly acidic.
It’s a pity, as the company initially seemed very interesting.
